Leadership Training for Paul Boit Boys High School

Developing relationships with schools is such a gratifying process. Getting to know school staff and leaders gives us deeper insight into the goals and visions of a school. This week we began part one of a three part training  for Paul Boit Boys High School (leadership training, teacher training, and mentoring). Spending two days with their leadership team has been invigorating!

On our first day together we focused upon the topics of critical thinking and relationship building. School leaders explored a piece of scripture using the six facets of understanding to guide comprehension exploration.

Group thinking captured on charts from day one.

Day two involved more conversation on depth of critical thinking, shaping influence, and development of an action plan for school leadership. We were deeply blessed by the way the leaders expressed concern about how they might influence the lives of the young men who are their students, especially using biblical wisdom as the source of guidance and instruction!
